1 cup Epsom salt
½ cup magnesium bath flakes
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
5-ish drops of your favorite essential oil
Combine the salts and magnesium flakes together in a bowl. You can optionally add in a tablespoon or two of coconut oil to help the salts hold together, for this I would recommend using a whisk or mixer and having the coconut oil be very soft or ideally liquid so it will mix easily. Add in the essential oil if you’ll be doing so. After mixing well, store in an air tight container until you’re ready to use. This is enough for 1-3 baths depending on the size of your tub and or how much water you will add to the bath.
